You know the pattern. The same kind of partner. The same money ceiling. The same moment, year after year, where everything starts to open and then quietly closes again. And somewhere along the way, someone told you, “That’s just your karma.” The 12 laws of karma tell a deeper story.
My sister, I want to hold your hand for a moment, because that sentence has kept far too many powerful women small. The 12 laws of karma carry real wisdom about action and consequence, and I honor every one of them. And above all 12 laws of karma sits a law that realigns every pattern you have ever lived: the Law of Delight.
You are so welcome here. Let me show you karma the way I see it, as a pattern you can read and a pattern you can change.
What Karma Truly Is
The word karma comes from Sanskrit and means action. In its pure origin, karma simply described energetic motion. Every action creates a ripple. Every ripple returns as an echo. That is all.
Karma, at its source, is a map of cause and effect. It describes how energy moves, and it leaves you free to choose your next motion.
Here is how I hold it through my teaching. The universe delighted itself into being. Delight is the primordial catalyst, the first motion of creation, the cause before every cause. That makes the Law of Delight the first universal law, the Crown Law that rules all 777 laws I have documented in my Universal Codex library. Karma lives inside that library as one law among many.
So when you look at karma, you are looking at patterns of motion. And patterns can be realigned.
The 12 Laws of Karma, Seen Through Delight
The 12 laws of karma appear in many modern teachings. Here they are, each one held in the light of the first law.
1. The Great Law. What you put out returns to you. This is cause and effect in its simplest form. Through delight, it becomes a gift: the joy you share returns multiplied. You can explore this more fully in my teaching on the Law of Cause and Effect, where you discover that you are the cause.
2. The Law of Creation. Life asks for your participation. You are a creatrix. Your desires are sacred, and they are the seeds of everything you create.
3. The Law of Humility. What you resist persists. When you accept where you are with honesty and tenderness, you free the energy to move forward.
4. The Law of Growth. Wherever you go, there you are. Real change begins in your own heart, and your outer world follows.
5. The Law of Responsibility. You hold the power over your life. This is sovereignty, and it is beautiful. It means no one else holds your key.
6. The Law of Connection. Everything is connected: past, present and future. My teaching on the Law of Divine Oneness shows you how that connection keeps you whole.
7. The Law of Focus. Where your attention goes, energy grows. When your attention rests on what delights you, delight grows.
8. The Law of Giving and Hospitality. Your actions reveal what your heart truly holds. Generosity that flows from delight carries a resonance everyone feels.
9. The Law of Here and Now. Your power lives in this moment. The past is complete. The present is where you create.
10. The Law of Change. History repeats until you choose a new path. This is the law that names patterns most clearly, and it holds the promise that every pattern can end.
11. The Law of Patience and Reward. What you plant in delight blooms in its own season. Divine timing carries everything you love toward you.
12. The Law of Significance and Inspiration. Every contribution matters. Your unique delight is a gift the whole world needs.
Read them again. Do you notice how each one points back to your heart? Every law of karma becomes lighter, kinder and more powerful when it is held inside delight.
The Law That Sits Above the 12 Laws of Karma
Here is the truth I most want you to carry away. The 12 laws of karma describe how patterns move. The Law of Delight is the original motion that every pattern came from.
When you return to delight, you return to the source of motion itself. From that place, old patterns lose their grip, because you are creating fresh from the first cause.
Think of a river that has carved the same channel for years. Karma describes the channel. Delight is the spring that feeds the whole river. When the spring rises, the water finds new paths, wider and more beautiful than the old one.
Your delight is already present in you. It is unique as a thumbprint. Trauma, limiting beliefs and programming are layers over that delight. Transformation strips the layers, and you become a clear channel. Patterns that felt fixed for decades begin to shift once your delight flows freely again.
Why Patterns Replay
Many women I sit with ask me why the same painful moment keeps returning, even after years of healing. The answer is a pattern I call Negative Energy Addiction.
When pain has been familiar for a long time, your heart learns to expect it. Familiar feels safe, even when familiar hurts. So the pattern replays, like a song stuck on repeat. That replay is a habit of energy, and habits of energy respond beautifully to delight.
The moment you see the pattern clearly, you hold the power to complete it. My guide on how to stop self sabotage shows you how to find the root and free your power.
What Changes When You Live Above the Pattern
So what does life feel like when you stand in the Law of Delight and let the 12 laws of karma move beneath it?
Choices get simpler. You ask, “Which option delights me more?” and the answer arrives quickly, because your heart already knows. Your heart is 10,000 times more powerful than your mind, and it has been waiting for you to ask it.
Relationships get clearer. People who matched the old pattern drift gently away. People who match your delight arrive, often in surprising ways. Delight shared is delight squared, and you start to feel that multiplication everywhere.
The past gets lighter. You still remember what happened. You simply stop carrying it as a debt. It becomes a teacher you have thanked and released, and its lessons live on as wisdom in your heart.
And the future opens. When you create from delight, every action becomes a fresh cause. The Great Law still runs: what you put out returns. Now what you put out is joy, desire, love and creation. Imagine a whole life of echoes like that.
This is the realignment I witness in my sessions again and again, as women move through their emotional gateways and come home to their delight. The pattern changes the moment the source of motion changes.
The Shadow Law of Karma
Every law in my Codex has a shadow, and the shadow of karma is one of the heaviest. I call it the Shadow Law of Karma: the weaponized use of cause and effect to shame and suppress sovereign souls.
Over time, the simple map of action and echo was twisted into a system of punishment, guilt and false debt. You may recognize these distortions:
“You must suffer to repay a past life debt.” An old trauma story that keeps souls looping in pain they no longer align with.
“This is just your karma.” A phrase used to bypass healing and clarity, implying you deserve your suffering.
“You must stay in this situation until your karma is complete.” A spiritualized obligation that keeps people in painful, disempowering relationships.
“You can access your gifts once you are worthy.” A delay that silences the soul under the guise of earning power back.
“Serving others first clears your karma.” A path to martyrdom and codependency rooted in shame.
If you have felt that your struggles are deserved, or that you carry debts from ancestors or past lives, or that joy is something you must earn, you have felt this shadow. Naming it is the first moment of your freedom. I write more about this in my teaching on spiritual sovereignty and the enslavement paradigm.
Here is the restored divine truth from my Codex: You are here to end cycles. You are here to clear shame. You are here to embody your divinity, fully, now.
The Soul Code for the Shadow Law of Karma
Every law in my Universal Codex carries a Soul Code, a three-part number sequence that holds its essence. The Soul Code for the Shadow Law of Karma is 909-000-144.
909 is the completion loop. It closes cycles that have run their course, so they can rest.
000 is the null karmic grid. It returns the field to zero, to pure potential, clear of false debts.
144 is quantum neutrality. It restores balance, so you stand in the present moment free and whole.
The Liberation Phrase from my Codex: 909-000-144 ends karmic repetition. I am free. I create anew from presence.
How Karma and Delight Show Up in Your Life
In love. The same kind of partner keeps arriving. That is the Law of Change showing you a pattern. When you meet yourself with delight, your standards rise naturally, and the pattern completes. My teaching on the Law of Reflection shows you what your relationships are mirroring back to you.
In money. You reach the same ceiling every year. That ceiling is often an old belief about deserving. When you release the idea that abundance must be earned through suffering, money begins to move in new ways. The Law of Compensation shows you how life returns what you give, with delight as the currency.
In purpose. You feel you must pay something back before you can live your calling. Your soul came here to create. The first step of my DELIGHT Roadmap is Decide Your Dreams and Desires, your Mission I’mPossible. Your mission is the most powerful realignment of any pattern.
In everyday moments. The same argument, the same tired evening, the same Sunday sadness. One small act of delight breaks the loop: a song, a walk, a phone call to someone who makes you laugh. Delight is a brand new cause, and new causes create new effects.
A Practice to Complete Karmic Patterns
This practice comes from the Liberation and Realignment rituals in my Codex. Give yourself fifteen quiet minutes.
- Revoke what you never chose. Speak aloud, “I now revoke all karmic contracts, loops, burdens and distortions created without my full sovereign consent, across all timelines. I declare my field clear.”
- Replace the old law. Speak, “What I align with, I create. I honor the past, and I create the now.”
- Ask your soul. Place your hand on your heart and ask your Akashic Records, “What did I come here to create?” Listen for the clarity that rises beneath the old story.
- Close the loop. Picture the old pattern as a ring of smoke. Watch it soften, open and dissolve into light. Say, “This cycle is complete. I carry only what is mine.”
- Plant a new cause. Within the hour, do one thing that delights you. This is your first new cause, and it begins a brand new spiral.
Seal it with these words from my Codex: Karma describes my past. Sovereignty reclaims me. I step into the spiral of aligned choice. I am free.
If you are in the middle of a hard season right now, listen to my podcast episode on manifesting fast, even from terrible circumstances. It was recorded for exactly that moment.
Questions You May Be Asking
What are the 12 laws of karma?
The 12 laws of karma are the Great Law, Creation, Humility, Growth, Responsibility, Connection, Focus, Giving and Hospitality, Here and Now, Change, Patience and Reward, and Significance and Inspiration. Together they describe how action and consequence move through your life. Above them sits the Law of Delight, the original cause that every pattern grows from.
Is there a 12 laws of karma book, PDF or printable?
Many printable versions of the 12 laws of karma circulate online, and this page gives you each law with its deeper meaning. To understand the law that sits above karma, read my explanation of the Law of Delight, the first universal law. My book Delight holds the full foundation.
Can you break a karmic cycle?
Yes. A karmic cycle is a pattern of energy, and every pattern can be completed. When you name the pattern, revoke what you never consciously chose, and plant a new cause rooted in delight, the old cycle loses its fuel. Each small act of delight starts a new spiral.
Which law of karma is the most important?
The Great Law of cause and effect sits at the center of the 12 laws of karma. In my teaching, the most powerful law of all is the Law of Delight, because delight is the first cause. When you return to delight, every law of karma moves in your favor.
The Pattern Ends Here
Remember the partner, the ceiling, the moment that kept closing? Those patterns were a map, showing you exactly where your delight was waiting to flow again.
You hold the spring that feeds the whole river, beautiful sister. You are here to create, and the next pattern of your life begins with one delighted yes.
Have you done the free assessment? Start now.
That assessment is your gateway, my sister. It shows you where your delight is ready to flow first, so you know exactly where your new pattern begins. It is the most loving first step I know, and I created it for you.
