I know that tightness, my sister. And I want to tell you something your heart has always known: the law of abundance says abundance is your natural state. It is woven into the fabric of the universe and into the fabric of you.
Look at a meadow in June. A single tree holding ten thousand leaves. The ocean, endlessly arriving. Nature never rations. Neither does the field you were born from.
So let us open your hands and your heart together, and let abundance flow back to where it belongs.
What the Law of Abundance Means
The law of abundance states that the universe is naturally infinite, abundant and ever-expanding. Scarcity is a perception. It is a human story layered over the true state of existence, and that story is the only thing that blocks the flow.
This law touches every part of your life. Wealth and prosperity: money is energy, and it flows where it is welcomed. Love and relationships: love is boundless and multiplies when shared. Vitality and wellbeing: life thrives when it moves with abundant energy. Opportunities and growth: the universe is always offering new paths and new experiences.
Here is how I teach it through the Law of Delight. The universe delighted itself into being. Delight is the first law, the law that rules all 777 universal laws in my Universal Codex. So abundance is simply what delight looks like in form.
When delight collapses potential from the zero point field into your world, it arrives as overflow. Flowers. Friendships. Ideas. Money. Joy. Delight shared is delight squared, and abundance is the multiplication you can see and touch.

Abundance Is Your Birthright
Scarcity is a human illusion. Abundance is the true state of existence. The universe provides everything you need when your heart is open to it.
What You Focus On Expands
Focus on lack and lack grows. Focus on abundance and abundance grows. Appreciation amplifies abundance because it honors what is already present.
Giving and Welcoming Move Together

The golden spiral is delight’s geometry, and it is also the geometry of abundance. Each turn grows from the last, wider and fuller, in perfect proportion. A sunflower head, a nautilus shell, a spiral galaxy: each one shows you how abundance grows naturally when it follows delight.

In Money
Money is energy, and it flows where it is welcomed. When your money decisions come from delight, you begin to see opportunities that fear kept hidden. You spend with appreciation. You earn with joy. And you trust that more is always coming.

Abundance lives in a perfect cup of coffee, a long laugh with a friend, an afternoon with nowhere to be. When you notice these moments, you train your heart to see overflow everywhere. And what you see, you get to have more of.
What Blocks the Flow
If abundance is your natural state, why does it sometimes feel so far away?
Trauma, limiting beliefs and old programming sit like layers over your delight. Many of them are scarcity stories you inherited long before you could choose. Some are agreements your soul made in other seasons. I write about these in releasing scarcity clauses in your soul contract.
I also see Negative Energy Addiction here. Your heart grows familiar with the feeling of not enough, and it reaches for that feeling out of habit. The stress of scarcity becomes a strange kind of home.
Transformation strips these layers away so you become a clear channel. Abundance flows on its own. It simply asks for an open path.
Your heart is 10,000 times more powerful than your mind. I call this heartset. Your Tiny Mind counts and compares. Your Giant’s Heart knows there is enough, because it remembers where it came from.
Abundance Needs a Mission
Here is something I learned in 25 years of mission and strategy consulting. Abundance flows fastest toward a clear purpose.
Alignment needs something to align to. When you know what your abundance is for, every dollar, every connection and every opportunity has somewhere to go. The flow organizes itself around your mission.
That is why the very first step of my DELIGHT Roadmap is Decide Your Dreams & Desires, your Mission I’mPossible. Abundance without a mission scatters like water on stone. Abundance with a mission gathers like a river.
So ask yourself: what is my abundance for? Who do I become when I have more than enough? What do I create? Whom do I celebrate? Where do I give?
Write the answers down. Read them often. Let them become the riverbanks your abundance flows between.
I co-founded a charity that funds schools for trafficked children, and I have seen with my own eyes how abundance pours toward a mission that comes from the heart. Generous people appear. Resources arrive. Doors open that no plan could have opened.
Your mission may be a home that feels like freedom, a business that delights you, or a family that never has to worry again. Every one of those is sacred. Every one of those gives abundance a beautiful place to land.
And when abundance arrives, celebrate it. Out loud. With joy. Celebration is delight in action, and delight in action is the strongest invitation abundance knows.
A Practice to Live the Law of Abundance
Here is the practice I give for this law. Move through one step each day for seven days, then keep the ones that light you up.
- Delight yourself first. Every morning, give yourself two minutes of pure joy. Abundance is what delight looks like in form, so begin with delight.
- Shift your heartset from scarcity to abundance. Write down one scarcity belief, such as “there is never enough.” Then rewrite it in present tense: “The universe is limitless, and opportunities are everywhere.” Speak it aloud until it feels true.
- Practice daily appreciation. Each morning or night, write three things you appreciate, even tiny ones: warm coffee, fresh air, a kind word. Appreciation tells the field you notice what it sends.
- Open the flow of giving and welcoming. Give something freely today: time, money, love or kindness. Then welcome whatever comes to you with ease and say, “Thank you, I welcome this abundance.”
- Feel abundance now. Close your eyes and see your abundant life. Feel the joy and appreciation of living it already. Stay with the feeling for two to five minutes.
- Take one inspired action. Choose one small, aligned step toward your desire and take it today. Every step shifts your energy.
- Trust and release the how. Say: “I trust that everything is unfolding perfectly for me.” Release control of the details, and let the universe arrange them in its own beautiful timing.
To deepen this practice, surround yourself with abundant energy. Clear one drawer or corner of your home and enjoy the space you create. Spend time in nature, where abundance is everywhere. Choose conversations with people who celebrate possibility.
