I don’t mean a small laugh. I mean the kind of laughter that comes from somewhere beneath your ribs and takes over your whole body. I threw my head back. I laughed until I was spinning around in that bathroom, tears streaming down my face, the bottle still in my hand.
Then I looked at the bottle. And I put it down.
The pills dissolved in the toilet without my flushing it.
I have never been able to explain that part. I don’t try anymore.

A few years ago, my children and I went on a safari at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It was a quiet evening. We were one of two families on the vehicle , the other was an Egyptian family on holiday, the husband, his wife, his grandmother.
The grandmother did not like white people. Her family told me this quietly, apologetically, as if preparing me for a slight.
What happened instead is that every animal on that safari came directly to our vehicle. Giraffes poked their full faces through the windows. Rhinos ambled over and stayed. Animals that the tour guide said he had never seen approach a vehicle that closely, that willingly, that many at once.
I was delighted. Genuinely, completely, head-to-toes delighted. Not performing delight. Not trying to attract the animals. I simply love animals with my whole heart and I was radiating that love without filter or effort.
The Egyptian grandmother , who did not like white people , was holding my hand by the end of the safari. We went to dinner that night, our two families. The next day we went to lunch. By the time we parted, her son , who owns five hotel properties , had invited me to Egypt whenever I chose to come, and offered me a business partnership involving the rarest Arabian horses in the world.
None of that was the point.
The point was the grandmother’s hand in mine.
The point is that delight does not attract like. It magnetizes everything. The Egyptian family was not resonating at my frequency. They were drawn to my frequency , to the specific, authentic, unguarded quality of my delight in that moment.
Delight shared is delight squared.
This is not a spiritual metaphor.
This is the actual operating principle of the universe.
Why the Law of Attraction Was Never the Secret
You may have heard of The Secret. The book, the movie, the phenomenon that introduced millions of people to the Law of Attraction.
What nobody told you is that the Law of Attraction was never the secret.
It was a bridge law.
In the ancient universal codex , the complete architecture of laws that govern how reality actually operates , there exists a category of laws called bridge laws. These laws are real. They function. But they do not create reality. They enhance and amplify what is already present. They are the mechanism, not the source.
The Law of Attraction is one of these bridge laws.
Here is the actual physics of why.
Your heart generates an electromagnetic field that extends several feet beyond your body in every direction. Long before we had words like quantum physics or zero point field, the seers and sages of the ancient world understood something profound. Delight is the primordial creative catalyst. The universe became what it delighted in. It mirrored its own delight and reality , material and immaterial, visible and invisible , came into being from that pure act of cosmic self-expression.

The Lie the Law of Attraction Cannot Touch
I know what it is to have the lie of unworthiness become the air you breathe.

Most people do not recognize it as a lie. They recognize it as themselves.

The Law of Attraction cannot touch this. You can vision-board and affirm and raise your frequency from now until the end of time. If the background static is broadcasting unworthiness, the field responds to the static. Every time.
This Is Not Your Fault. And It Can Be Dissolved.
This is not your fault. It is not a spiritual failing. It is not insufficient belief.
It is a heart field broadcasting a frequency that was installed by something that was done to you , not by you, not because of you, not as any reflection of your actual worth.
And it can be dissolved.
Not by thinking differently.
By accessing the truth of what you actually are.
In that bathroom, holding that bottle, I was not thinking my way into delight. I was not practicing gratitude or setting intentions or visualizing my abundant future.
Something cracked open. The lie dissolved. And what was left was infinite.
That frequency , the one beneath every layer of trauma and programming and inherited unworthiness , is not something I had to generate.
It was already there.
It has always been there.

The Mathematics of Creation
My father showed me the Fibonacci sequence when I was very young.
The Golden Spiral. The mathematical pattern encoded in the nautilus shell, the unfurling fern frond, the seeds of a sunflower, the spiral of a galaxy, the double helix of DNA inside every cell of your body.
The Golden Spiral does not strive toward its next expression. It does not attract or force or maintain a positive vibration. It simply expresses its own nature , and from that pure self-expression, the most elegant, the most efficient, the most mathematically perfect growth in existence unfolds naturally.
The universe is not straining toward creation.
It is simply delighting itself into form.
And here is what took my breath away when I discovered it in my research. The Gayatri Mantra , the most sacred mantra in Hinduism, chanted for thousands of years, the foundational prayer of an entire civilization , contains a compressed Fibonacci sequence within its 24 syllables.

I don’t do it. I am it.

What Delight Actually Is
Delight is not something you generate.
It is not a practice you add to your life. It is not a vibration you raise or a state you maintain or a match you become.
Delight is your soul’s natural inner resonant pattern.
It is already present. It is already yours. It has always been yours.
It is the specific quality of aliveness, creativity, joy and self-expression unique to your soul , as unique as your thumbprint, as mathematically specific as your DNA. It was yours before you were born. It is encoded in you. It is the signal your soul broadcasts when nothing is obstructing it.
Trauma is what obscures it. Limiting beliefs are what muffle it. The lie of unworthiness is what silences it.
The entire teaching of the Law of Delight is this: strip away the layers. Become a clear channel for the delight that was always yours.
Not the Law of Attraction. Not adding something better. Only uncovering what was never actually gone.
What you are looking for has been inside you all along.
I know this because I found it in a bathroom at the end of everything.
And it has magnetized everything that came after.
The Discovery That Changed Everything
I spent months once searching for the difference between happiness, joy and delight. I stood in a bookstore staring at fifty books with happiness in the title and not one of them could tell me what I was actually looking for.
Happiness is a response to external conditions. Real and valuable. But reactive.
Joy is closer. Joy has an internal quality that happiness lacks.
But delight , genuine, sovereign, unapologetic delight , is something different from both.
Delight is a head-to-toes, nose-to-soul-and-beyond elation. The state in which you are so full of the lightness of your own being that you cannot help but overflow it into everything around you. The state the mystics called Grace. Bliss. Enlightenment. Ananda. Darshan. All different words pointing at the same experience , the moment when your natural inner resonance is so unobstructed that it fills you completely and pours outward.
In that state, relationships heal. Physical issues dissolve. Things restore themselves to perfect harmony. I have witnessed this in clinical practice for thirty years. Moving someone from a relaxed flow state into genuine authentic delight , and watching core clinical issues resolve immediately.
This is the most powerful creative and healing force I have ever encountered.
And it lives inside you already.
What Happens to a Broken Heart Field
There is something medicine has known about for decades and has never fully been able to explain.
They call it Takotsubo cardiomyopathy.
You might know it by its other name: broken heart syndrome.
First identified in Japan in 1990, named after an octopus trap whose distinctive shape mirrors what happens to the left ventricle of the heart under extreme emotional stress. The heart literally changes shape. The main chamber that pumps blood to the rest of the body temporarily balloons, weakens, loses its ability to function.
The triggers: death of a loved one. Divorce. Betrayal. Romantic rejection. Sudden devastating news.
The symptoms are indistinguishable from a heart attack. Chest pain. Difficulty breathing. Emergency rooms around the world have misdiagnosed broken heart syndrome as heart attacks because everything the body presents looks exactly the same.
The difference: in a heart attack, arteries are blocked. In broken heart syndrome, the arteries are completely clear.
Something else entirely is happening.
What medicine can measure is the physical heart. What it cannot measure , what its instruments are not designed to detect , is what happens to the heart’s electromagnetic field.

I found mine in a bathroom at the end of everything.
