In my Codex, the Law of Integrity is the energetic coherence between who you are, what you know and how you move. When you live in integrity, you become magnetically clear, energetically potent and deeply rooted in sovereign creation.
This law states that your greatest power comes from congruence. When your energy, your words, your choices and your embodiment align with your core frequency, you become magnetic, trustworthy to yourself and energetically unshakable.
Read that phrase again: trustworthy to yourself. Integrity begins as a relationship with you. Every promise you keep to your own soul strengthens your inner authority. Every time you live what you know, your word gains weight, first in your own body and then in the field around you.
Integrity is the courage to live what you know, even when it is inconvenient. Perfection has no part in it. You will miss the mark some days. Integrity is the return, again and again, to the truth you already carry.
The Spiritual Meaning of Integrity
People search for the spiritual meaning of integrity because the usual definitions feel thin. The dictionary speaks of honesty and strong moral principles. Those are true, and they are the surface. The spiritual integrity definition goes deeper. The word itself shares a root with integrate and integer: whole, undivided, one number. Spiritually, integrity is the state of being one person all the way through.
In the Law of Integrity, integrity is energetic. Its measure is resonance with your inner truth. Rules handed to you from outside, the approval of others and the idea of being right all live on the surface. Integrity lives underneath, in the place where your soul knows what is true for you.

The Soul Code of the Law of Integrity: 144-606-117
Every law in the Universal Codex carries a Soul Code, a numerical key that attunes your field to that law’s frequency. The Soul Code of the Law of Integrity is 144-606-117.
- 144: Soul truth. The first triplet anchors you in what your soul knows. Integrity begins here, with the truth beneath every belief, desire and value.
- 606: Grounded embodiment. The second triplet brings that truth into your body and your daily life. Truth that stays in the mind remains an idea. Truth that lives in your body becomes your way of moving.

Why the Law of Integrity Is a Sub Law
A Sub Law is a true law that refines one facet of its Foundational parent and makes it practical. The Law of Integrity is a Sub Law of The Law of Energetic Integrity.
The parent law governs the wholeness of your field. It teaches that wholeness is your natural state, that uninvited action fractures the field, and that every exchange made in resonance keeps the field whole. Energetic Integrity is the big picture: the coherence of your entire energy body and how it meets the energy of others.
The Law of Integrity takes one facet of that wholeness and brings it into your hands. It asks the practical questions. Does what I say match what I live? Do my choices reflect my values? Does my yes come from my soul or from fear of disappointing someone? Are my desires and my actions moving in the same direction?
Think of it this way. Energetic Integrity describes the whole field. The Law of Integrity is how you tend that field each day, one word, one choice, one action at a time. When you practice the Sub Law, the Foundational law holds. Integrity is a thousand small choices to stay true to yourself each day, and each of those choices keeps your field whole.

- You feel safe in your own presence. No hiding, no splitting. The person you are alone is the person you are in a room full of people.
- You make choices from clarity. Obligation and performance lose their grip. You choose because the choice is true.
- You trust yourself. Your actions reflect your inner truth, so your own word becomes dependable to you.
- You stay grounded when others misread you. You can be seen, challenged or misunderstood without losing your center.
- You do what you say. Your word holds quantum weight. When you speak a decision, the field moves with it.
These signs of strong integrity apply everywhere: at work, in love, in family and in your own private hours. You may notice them in a person you admire. You will feel them most clearly in yourself.
Signs of Low Integrity: When You Are Out of Alignment
The signs of low integrity are just as clear, and I share them with tenderness. Every one of us has lived each of these. Seeing them is the first movement home.
- Saying yes when your soul is a no.
- Preaching or teaching what you are not living.
- Creating from fear, need or image, apart from your truth.
- Betraying your body, your boundaries or your knowing to be liked or accepted.
- Feeling scattered, foggy or fragmented when you are with others.

Integrity in the workplace and integrity in leadership come down to one thing: what you say matches what you live. When you lead a team, a project or a mission, people feel any gap between your words and your actions. When you close that gap, you become dependable, reliable and clear. Your word carries weight because your actions stand behind it. Integrity as a core value becomes visible in every meeting, every email and every decision you make for the greater good of all involved.
In your body
Your body keeps the clearest record of your integrity. You push through when it asks for rest. You eat what you were told to eat and ignore what nourishes you. When the Law of Integrity Is in Opposition
The shadow pair of the Law of Integrity is The Shadow Law of Self-Betrayal. Self-betrayal is the program that teaches you to trade your truth for belonging, safety or approval. It distorts integrity by convincing you that abandoning your knowing is the price of being loved. It whispers that your no is selfish, that your desire is too much, that your truth will cost you everything.
Self-betrayal lives under The Shadow Law of Betrayal. That Shadow Law trades sovereignty for gain, and the gain chains you to whoever rewards it. When you betray yourself to be accepted, you hand your power to the people whose acceptance you are chasing. The way home is gentle and direct. You name the moment you left yourself. You own your part without shame. You make it right, with yourself first, and with others where your choice touched them. Every return to integrity loosens the shadow’s hold.
How to Live With Integrity
How do you live with integrity each day? You live it in micro-actions. Integrity is rarely a big moment. It is a thousand small choices to stay true to yourself, each one strengthening the next.
Here are examples of living with integrity in ordinary life:
- You say “Let me check in with myself and get back to you,” and you give your answer from clarity.
- You keep the promise you made to yourself to rest on Sunday, even when an invitation arrives.
- You speak the true sentence at the table, kindly and simply.
- You stop teaching a principle you have stopped living, until you live it again.
- You release the project you said yes to from fear, and you complete it with honor or hand it back with care.
- You change your mind out loud when your truth has changed.
To live and speak with integrity, your words and your life must move together. Speak only what you live. Live what you speak. When the two match, your voice becomes a source of guidance and support for your community, and your word becomes your bond with yourself.
A Practice for the Law of Integrity: The Return to Integrity
This practice draws directly from my Codex teaching on how to return to integrity. Give it thirty minutes. You need a journal, a quiet space and your own honesty.
Step 1: Arrive in your body
Sit with your feet on the floor. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Breathe in for four counts and out for six, five times. Integrity lives in the body, so begin there.
Step 2: The Radical Honesty Practice
Write these two questions at the top of the page and answer them without editing: What am I pretending not to know? Where am I saying one thing and doing another? Own what you find. No shame, just clarity. Seeing is already the first step back.
Step 3: The Integrity Inventory
Make three columns: choices, creations, relationships. List what is current in each. Beside every item, ask: Is this aligned with who I actually am? Mark each one yes, no or unsure. Feel your body’s answer before your mind’s.
Step 4: The Energetic Cleanup Ritual
Close your eyes. Call back any parts of yourself you abandoned to please, to perform or to belong. See them returning like light into your chest. Speak aloud: “I return to wholeness. I speak, act, and move from my truth.”
Step 5: Speak the invocation
Stand up. Read this invocation aloud, slowly, letting each line land:
I now align with the Law of Integrity. I release all performances, personas and programs that keep me fragmented. I choose to live from truth, in word, action, thought and embodiment. I speak only what I live. I agree only to what honors my soul. I am safe to be whole. I am powerful in coherence. I am clear in my creation. My integrity is for me.
Step 6: Activate the Soul Code
Still standing, speak the activation phrase three times: “144-606-117 aligns my field. I speak, choose, and live from integrity.” Feel the three triplets move through you: soul truth, grounded embodiment, will that walks in truth.
Step 7: Choose one micro-action
Return to your inventory. Choose one item marked no and one small action that brings it into alignment this week. Adjust where needed, with no apology necessary. Write the action down and the day you will take it. Then take it. Repeat the inventory each week, and watch your word gain weight.
A Final Spiral of Insight
Integrity is the quiet power of being whole. Its measure is being true to your knowing, no matter what. No need to prove. No need to please. Just you, aligned, embodied and unshakably clear.
