An energy block is a place in your energy field where something sealed off.
It formed in a moment. A past disappointment. A betrayal. A survival decision you made when life felt unsafe. In that moment, part of you said: never again. I will never want that much again. I will never trust like that again. I will never let myself be that visible again.
That decision protected you. It also sealed off your creation signal in that area of your life.
Your creation signal is the delight-fueled message your heart sends into the field of pure potential. It is how you create. When it flows freely, life responds. When a block seals it off, life goes quiet in that one area, no matter how much effort you pour in from the outside.
Why Energy Blocks Stop Manifestation
Here is the part that surprises most women I sit with. The block has nothing to do with how hard you try.
You can visualize for hours. You can repeat affirmations a thousand times. You can follow every technique. If your creation signal is sealed off in that area, the practices skim across the surface.
The universe responds to the resonance of your heart. Your heart is 10,000 times more powerful than your mind. When part of your heart closed in an old moment of pain, your mind can say yes all day while your heart still says never again.
The universe hears the heart.

Where Your Energy Blocks Formed
Take a breath and look gently at the area of your life where nothing is moving.
If it is money, ask: when did I first feel that wanting money was dangerous, shameful or out of reach? Many energy blocks around money form in childhood, watching the adults around you struggle.

If it is purpose or visibility, ask: when did I learn that being seen was unsafe? A moment of judgment, ridicule or rejection can seal off your voice for decades.
You do not need to relive the pain. You only need to recognize the moment. Recognition alone begins to soften the seal.

The One Shift That Dissolves Energy Blocks
Here it is. The shift that changes everything.
Delight.
Specifically, declaring your power to delight yourself, and your power to delight others.
The Law of Delight is the first universal law, the one that rules all 777 laws I have documented. The universe delighted itself into being. Delight is the primordial catalyst of creation, already present in you, unique as your thumbprint.
A block is a layer sealed over your delight. Delight is the one thing the seal cannot hold back, because delight is what you are made of underneath it.
When you declare your power to delight yourself, you tell the sealed place in you that it is safe to want again. When you declare your power to delight others, you open the flow outward. Delight shared is delight squared. Energy that moves in both directions cannot stay sealed.
This is why the shift is so fast. You are no longer trying to break through the wall from the outside. You are melting it from within.
Energy Blocks in Real Life
In money, the shift looks like declaring, “I have the power to delight myself with abundance,” and then buying yourself one small thing purely for joy. The sealed place begins to remember that money and delight belong together. For more on this, read about healing your money mythology.
In love, it looks like declaring, “I have the power to delight myself, and to delight the people I love,” and then delighting yourself first. A love note to yourself. A beautiful evening alone. The door begins to open from inside.
In purpose, it looks like declaring your power to delight others through your gift, and then sharing one small piece of it. A post. A conversation. A song. The voice that was sealed begins to speak.
In everyday moments, it looks like choosing delight on purpose, again and again, until it becomes your natural state.
A Practice to Dissolve Energy Blocks
Use this practice for any area where nothing is manifesting. Give it seven days.
- Name the area. Money, love, purpose, health of your heart, visibility. Choose one.
- Find the moment. Sit quietly and ask: “When did I decide never again here?” Let the memory or feeling rise. You only need to recognize it.
- Thank the protector. Place your hand on your heart and say: “You kept me safe. I appreciate you. I am safe now, and I am ready to open.”
- Declare your power to delight yourself. Say out loud: “I have the power to delight myself in this area of my life.” Then do one small thing that delights you in that area today.
- Declare your power to delight others. Say out loud: “I have the power to delight others.” Then delight one person today, in any way that feels natural.
- Notice the movement. Each evening, write one sign of flow you noticed. A synchronicity. An idea. An invitation. A feeling of lightness.
The seal softens with each day of delight. You feel the movement as the week unfolds.
Energy Blocks and the Universal Laws
Energy is always moving and always changing form. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy teaches that no block is permanent. What sealed can open. What froze can flow.
When you clear a block, you return to your authentic core signal, the resonance you were born with. That is the heart of the Law of Resonance.
